How does clipapic.com work? What is the workflow?
1. Register for a FREE account on clipapic.com
2. Upload your image on to the clipapic.com website. The first one is FREE.
3. Receive your quote via the clipapic.com website and via email
4. Approve your quote or negotiate the adjustments then pay online. Sit back and wait for your finished vector
5. Within 24-48 hours, your finished clipped image will be ready for download from the clipapic.com website
What types of clipping path work do you specialise in?

What is the turnaround time for clipping paths?
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours (no more than 48 hours) for simple jobs. We will let you know if the job is likely to take more time to complete.
How will I receive the clipping path file I ordered?
Your finished vector will be ready for download from the clipapic.com website. Your will also be notified via email
How do I send you my logo / artwork for clipping? What are my options for image transfer?
You can choose your own method for sending your images to and receiving them from us. The standard method takes place using the Clip A Pic browser. You can select the images you wish to have edited and, by clicking ‘upload’, the images will be copied to our servers automatically.
For larger groups of images it is also possible to use FTP. If you want to use this option you need to send an email to uploads@clipapic.com requesting FTP details. However, if you are working with MAC OSX and a Safari browser, this option is not the thing for you. Please use another browser (such as Firefox), an FTP client and the most recent Flash Player (version 9.0 or higher) for better performance in MAC OSX.

How much does it cost?
Your first image clipping conversion is free. Register here. For the succeeding conversion jobs, our rate is dependent on the complexity of the job. See our Pricing page for further details. Rates may change due to currency fluctuations.
How do I make the payment?
You need to login to the jobs control panel and click on the Pay Now button associated with your job.
How should I pay for the clipping path conversion?
You can specify your method of payment: Debit Card or Credit Card.
Do I need to pay for any corrections I might have?
Minor corrections as a result of misunderstood instructions are done free of charge. Further alterations and design enhancement will be charged according to the time spent on the image.

No, if you want to make alterations to the size of an image visit www.imagetovector.com where they can convert your image to a vector.
How long would I have to wait to get my file after I pay?
Your completed clipped images are delivered within 2-48 hours – guaranteed, regardless the amount of images.
Will you keep my artwork on file?
Your artwork will be kept on file for a period of 2 weeks after your order is completed. To discuss more detailed arrangements on file storage, you may email our customer service reps who will be glad to assist you - customerservice@clipapic.com
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
Please make sure you have described exactly what you need from the completed project. If you have done this and you are still not satisfied we will make all the necessary changes until you are happy
I cannot open the work you have sent me, is there a problem?
As long as you have specified the desired output, the clipped image format returned will be to your requested format. However should you encounter technical difficulty, our technical support staff will be glad to assist you - feel free to email them at support@clipapic.com
