Terms and Conditions: These are the terms and conditions which apply to all transactions by you through Clip A Pic via this web site. They may be updated occasionally, so please check before making a new purchase.

Order: You can submit an order to Clip A Pic by completing the details required on the payment page. All prices are displayed (and charged) in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euros depending on the site you use and do not include VAT. We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the service is available, the order reflects current pricing and your credit card/ debit card payment is approved by your credit card/ debit card company. Your order represents an offer of contract from you only and is not binding until we have sent you an e-mail confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. Payment: If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, it will be authorised at the time you place the order – this allows you to instantly know whether your order has been successful, and removes the need for us (or anyone) to see your card details, thereby reducing potential fraud even further. By selecting the “Confirm Order” button you accept that you are instructing us to charge to your credit/debit card the amount due to us as shown in your electronic order form in the “Total”.
